As an Administrative Assistant, you will perform a variety of administrative office functions:
- Scheduling and managing calendars
- Answering phone calls and relaying messages
- Providing information and customer service
- Taking dictation and filing paperwork
- Generating reports using various MS Office applications
- Providing support for multiple projects
- Preparing and monitoring invoices and expense reports
- You must be an excellent communicator
- Outstanding customer service skills
- Organizational skills and multitasking abilities
- High school diploma or above
- Computer skills: Intermediate to Advanced
- Current Administrative or Customer Service experience in the past 6 months
- Ability to type at least 45 wpm
- Bilingual language skills are a plus
