Job Description

Our client is looking for a Business Analyst with strong working experience on the ServiceNow platform to lead a business process re-engineering project.    This is a long term consulting role in Princeton NJ

  • Strong working experience on the ServiceNow platform

  • Manage CMDB data verification cycles to ensure a high level of data quality

  • Take a lead role in analyzing CMDB data to highlight anomalies and errors and to identify opportunities

  • Act as a liaison to various group members in identifying corrective and preventive actions

  • Identifies process and technology changes necessary to support business goals and objectives.

  • Experience in leading business process re-engineering efforts for at least one medium-to-large software project.

  • Understands the value of process-centric approach to business analysis and capability development.

Job Requirements

SKILLS:

  • Strong analytical skills with strong excel skills.

  • Good interpersonal and communication skills

  • Good understanding of service management principles

  • Project management skills a plus

  • Must be self-directed with proven ability to make mature decisions supported by thorough data analysis.

  • 5-10 years' experience in IT operations

  • BA/BS degree in Computer Science preferred

  • 5-6 years' experience in IT operations

  • ITIL v3 Foundation certification a plus
