Oasis Staffing has partnered with a local sheet metal manufacturing company to staff entry level and skilled 2nd shift production positions. All positions are full time, temporary-to-hire with benefits.
Qualified candidates must be able to demonstrate consistent, verifiable work history and be willing to complete pre-employment background and drug screen.
The ideal candidates will have a positive attitude, be detail orientated, and have the ability to work both individually and as a team player.
Qualified candidates may be able to start work immediately!
Job Requirements
- Must have a High School Diploma or equivalent
- Must have a minimum of 6 months manufacturing experience
- Ability to read a tape measure
- Experience with basic hand tools such as: hammers, drills, screw drivers, etc
- Ability to follow safety procedures
- Maintain a safe and clean work environment
- Available to work overtime as needed
- Ability to stand/ walk for at least 8 hours a day
- Must be able to lift 40 to 60 pounds
- Welding experience is a plus
- Machine operating experience a plus
