The administrative assistant is an excellent opportunity to excel and expand on knowledge and experience in an administrative roll. The administrative assistant will play a key role in maintaining day to day operations in an office setting. Typical office hours are 8:am-5:00pm and 1 hour lunch breaks
- Answer multi-line telephones and direct calls as needed
- Data entry, and experience in all Microsoft programs (Word, Excel mainly)
- Professional interaction with customers on the phone and in person
- Other duties as assigned
- Experience in all Microsoft programs
- Previous payroll experience is a plus
- Must be at least 18 years of age
