Job Description:
Our Managers and Chefs must be detail oriented and highly committed to excellence. They must be dedicated to providing exceptional guest service along with having great communication skills. Works closely with other managers and supervisors to ensure that all aspects of the operation of the restaurant are in place. Maintain leadership culture by instilling core values, motto, and mission statement. Our Managers must be a strong leaders at all times and able to coach and delegate. Multi-tasking, organization, and awareness are essential for this position.
