SENIOR STOCK ADMINISTRATOR

Help manage and scale a global equity program and will be instrumental in defining equity processes and programs for a fast growing food technology company.   We are looking for a well-rounded equity professional focused on strong customer service, commitment to accuracy and high-quality work. 


RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Maintain the integrity and accuracy of equity data in Solium Shareworks and Equity Edge, including the equity stock plan and capitalization table
  • Process all activity including grants, exercises, and share issuances
  • Maintain accurate participant data and track employee mobility
  • Process option exercises in compliance with current regulations
  • Perform monthly and annual activity reconciliations
  • Prepare equity grants for approval on a regular cadence
  • Develop and support participant experience including creating and presenting slides, addressing participant inquiries and creating educational materials
  • Assist with the creation of stock plans and systems internationally
  • Implement efficient and scalable processes, system automation and integrations for equity administration, reporting, global compliance and mobility




  • Preferred experience in a startup company.
  • 5+ years of experience in food science development or related  industry.
  • CEP designation preferred
  • The ability to build strong relationships within the Counsel team, and other cross-functional stakeholders including Accounting, People, and other operational teams
  • Strong communication skills (verbal and written) and experience communicating results
  • Prior experience with Shareworks and Equity Edge, or ability to learn new systems quickly
  • Team player attitude and can easily handle multi-tasking between shifting priorities
