We are currently seeking candidates for one of our top clients in the Chicago Market-place for a newly created role of Manager FP &A. Our client has experienced stability couple with consistent healthy growth, is a leader in their industry.
The Manager of Financial Planning and Analysis key responsibilities
Assist in the preparation of annual budget and responsible for the monthly forecast and variance analysis.
Analyze monthly performance of receivable portfolios.
Financial modeling for various “what if" scenarios and the overall impact to the company.
Actively involved in development of bank presentations, monthly and quarterly reports for the Board of Directors.
Work closely with the valuation team to review and analyze all new deals.
Support new business initiatives, strategies and development, including M&A analyses and due diligence.
Perform ad-hoc analyses for the Chief Executive Officer, Chief Financial Officer and Board of Directors.
Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines and work effectively.
Background / Experience
- Undergrad in Accounting or Finance
- CPA or MBA is a must, strong preference on candidates whom possess both
- 5+ years of prior experience in an FPA capacity
- Prior Management experience strongly preferred, will look at candidates serving in a Senior FA capacity
