Job Description

Our client is looking to add a Technical Support Rep for their call center. This is a FT, temp to permanent position that will pay $15/hr to start with great growth opportunities. Job Description

  • Shift will be from 8am – 5pm, M-F; with OT available in the Summer months
  • Casual dress code
  • Respond to inbound customer questions by phone, and email (pre-sales and post-sales product questions, diagnosing and troubleshooting product problems, and providing warranty support)
  • Quickly and pleasantly resolve outstanding issues for customers
  • Organize and follow up to all open issues that are presented
  • Unscripted call center: Must be able to find solutions for customers that are not always written in stone

Job Requirements


  • Previous experience in a customer service call center role highly preferred
  • MUST have at least one year of continuous employment in related field
  • MUST be reliable.
  • Must have excellent communication skills by phone, email, etc.
  • Must be empathetic, friendly, patient, and have strong problem-solving skills
  • Ability to multitask; comfortable using multiple monitors, talking the phone and using the computer all at the same time
  • MUST type at least 35wpm and have moderate computer knowledge/internet related skills
  • Previous mechanical/electronic experience fits well with this position
