Our client is looking to add a Technical Support Rep for their call center. This is a FT, temp to permanent position that will pay $15/hr to start with great growth opportunities. - Shift will be from 8am – 5pm, M-F; with OT available in the Summer months
- Casual dress code
- Respond to inbound customer questions by phone, and email (pre-sales and post-sales product questions, diagnosing and troubleshooting product problems, and providing warranty support)
- Quickly and pleasantly resolve outstanding issues for customers
- Organize and follow up to all open issues that are presented
- Unscripted call center: Must be able to find solutions for customers that are not always written in stone
- Previous experience in a customer service call center role highly preferred
- MUST have at least one year of continuous employment in related field
- MUST be reliable.
- Must have excellent communication skills by phone, email, etc.
- Must be empathetic, friendly, patient, and have strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to multitask; comfortable using multiple monitors, talking the phone and using the computer all at the same time
- MUST type at least 35wpm and have moderate computer knowledge/internet related skills
- Previous mechanical/electronic experience fits well with this position
