The Milner Group is currently seeking to fill a full-time position within our administrative support team. As a member of the team, you will be working directly with our customers, delegating incoming requests, new business application submissions and assisting with organizing newly hired employees. An ability to quickly master the tracking software, communicate with multiple team members and maintain organization is key for success in this role.
Primary Job Duties:
Become an expert in your assigned customer relationship management applications
Assist new employees in taking the steps needed to be properly organized for their position
Develop an understanding of standard operating procedures for the team
Interact with customers, via phone or e-mail, to provide responses to inquiries
Communicate with insurance carriers regarding status on agent contracting and new business applications
Document submissions and customer interactions using CRM tracking system
Master forms associated with life insurance applications and submissions to insurance carriers
Demonstrate responsiveness and sense of urgency in all customer interactions
Skills and Qualifications:
Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Effective communication skills, including listening, writing, and speaking
Strong time management skills and ability to effectively manage multiple priorities
Ability to work independently and integrate into a team environment
