Job Description

Part-time full charge bookkeeper needed for family office.  3 days a week, up to 30 hours.  $50 an hour.
Must be available to work more hours during tax season.

Job Requirements

  • Certified Public Accountant preferred but not necessary
  • Cash Flow-Medical reimbursements tracking, Budgets, Monitor family investments
  • Regular Banking- wire transfers, cutting checks and paying electronically from more than one entity, deposits and payroll
  • Highly organized (capable of filing and organizing paperwork)
  • Critical thinking and ability to prioritize a MUST
  • Friendly team player (will work closely with owner’s support staff)
  • Liaising with accounting firm on taxes; personal and for several business entities
  • Proficient with QuickBooks, Excel and Word
  • Excellent writing and communication skills a plus
