Frost Brown Todd LLC, a regional law firm of 1000+ legal professionals and staff in thirteen markets located throughout the mid-west, Dallas, TX and Pittsburgh, PA, is currently seeking a legal secretary to join the Intellectual Property group in their Cincinnati office. Three years of previous legal experience is required.  The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, and very strong technical skills.

The position requires an experienced legal secretary with exceptional administrative, communication and organizational skills. This individual must also have the ability to handle multiple tasks and become an integral part of client services. For the IP Legal Secretary position, patent experience is preferred but we will train the individual with the determination and interest to learn and be successful in this challenging yet rewarding area of law. The position requires the ability to work well individually or in a team environment. Past individuals who have been successful in this practice group have been those who have a unique desire to take on challenging and interesting work, who are self-motivated and directed, and who thrive on learning something new every day.
