Customer Service Representative – Toms River and surrounding community

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Opens new accounts, online banking and bill pay, ATM cards and checks.
  • Cross sells and refers mortgages, merchant services and business loans to appropriate department.
  • Provides outstanding customer service with a friendly disposition and positive attitude.
  • Responds and resolves customer inquiries on deposit accounts, fees and other relevant account information.
  • Performs outbound calls to existing and prospective customers to grow our business.
  • Responsible for opening and closing the branch.
  • Perform teller duties as needed.
  • Knowledge of general banking policies and procedures.
  • Willingness to work Saturdays (half day) as needed.
  • Adheres to professional dress code and business environment.



Job Requirements

Essential Skills, Knowledge and Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent
  • Excellent  interpersonal and communication skills
  • Computer skills including Microsoft Office
  • Team player, willing to travel to other branches when needed
