Salary plus Commission

Competent Systems Inc, Information Technology Consulting and Staffing Company, is looking to add couple more IT Sales Reps to its existing team and is looking for energetic and outgoing Sales Representative to join our team.

About the Role:

This role is an entry level position with a progressive career path. You will work alongside high-energy colleagues who will mentor and train you to become successful.

What We Are Looking For:

·  Recent Under Graduates/Graduates with Marketing and Information Technology degrees

·  Desire and determination to become an Account Executive and work diligently to master the sales skills required to be successful and move up the ladder.

·  Prefer experience calling into mid-market or enterprise companies at the senior executive level

·  Excellent phone presence, verbal and writing skills, Ability to handle objections, articulate your ideas coherently, cleverly and persuasively, Active listening skills

·  High energy and be willing to reach out to as many contacts as possible per day over the phone.

·  Cold call and email outreach prospective customers. Set up meetings for the Business Development Managers and support them as asked.

·  Pitch the company value proposition to senior management of mid-market and enterprise companies, and setup meetings with our Account Executives. Support BDM’s/VP’s along the process.
