General Sales Manager

Job Description:
• Must have the ability to hire, manage, train, and direct the entire sales team
• Must be a strong closer, willing to engage customers early in the sale to maximize all opportunities
• Actively supports, encourages, and motivates sales personnel daily to maintain high morale and high performance
• Professional management style that sets the example for enthusiasm, productivity, and accountability
• Excellent business skills
• Use CRM tool to manage the salesforce. Training, lead execution, and sales results are the focus.
• The highest professionalism and integrity are essential for consideration for this GSM position.

Job Requirements
