Job Description

Fast-paced educational facility is looking for Help Desk Support for their clients throughout South Florida. This candidate will address customer issues and resolve moderately complex problems in the areas of systems configuration/setup, product functionality, and systems enhancements; escalate to the appropriate team, as needed. The Helpdesk Specialist must be able to adjust to a rapidly changing environment and have excellent interpersonal, communication (both verbal and written) and problem-solving skills. It is essential that the individual chosen be a team player capable of success in high-stress situations. Experienced candidates are preferred.

The ideal candidate must have a balance of customer service focused soft skills as well as an aptitude for the technical nature of this position.

Required Experience:
• High School Diploma
• Experience in a technical customer contact environment

  Desired Experience:
• Experience in supporting a Microsoft Windows (Server/Workstation) environment
• Experience in administration of Microsoft Active Directory Users and Groups
• Experience supporting Virtual Private Network (VPN)
• Experience with MS Outlook and Sharepoint support and basic administration
• Aptitude in grasping technical concepts and communicating those requirements and additional information in manners appropriate to given audiences
• Ability to adapt to a rapidly changing environment
• Ability to apply technical skills, knowledge and troubleshooting experience to proprietary applications and systems
• Ability to properly document troubleshooting steps and processes in an appropriate fashion

Salary: USD 45,000 - 85,000 Per Year
