Job Description

Patient First is accepting applications for Registered Nurses in the Waldorf, Maryland area.  Patient First provides a friendly work environment that promotes a team oriented philosophy.

The responsibilities of the job include, but are not limited to, the following:


Implementing Patient First policies and procedures;


Using sound judgment when administering medical care and screening patients;


Offering quality nursing care and generating a genuinely warm and friendly atmosphere for patients and employees;


Assisting the physician in all emergency cases;


Fostering team work and a positive and professional atmosphere.

Job Requirements

Minimum education and professional requirements include, but are not limited to, the following:


 Employee must be 18 years of age or older;

 State license as a registered nurse in good standing;

 Minimum typing experience;

 Strong verbal and written communication skills;

 One year clerical experience preferred;

 High school graduate or equivalent;

 Prefer one or two years of clinical experience with administration of medications.
