Immediate Openings for Outside Sales Professionals in McHenry County!

We are looking for a Super Star with experience in relationship building and territory management who can successfully close sales with a diverse customer base. This performer will identify business opportunities in the local community and contact key decision makers by phone and in-person. Successful professionals in this role are personable, determined, and driven to make a difference. We favor a consultative approach, partnering with our clients and cultivating long-term relationships.

We will train you on our industry and our sales strategy, providing you with a roadmap to lucrative success. We will provide an energetic, fun atmosphere!

You will have a proven track record that includes:
  • Building client portfolios through direct prospecting including cold calling and door to door canvassing.
  • Growing sales and profitability in established accounts.
  • Steady sales growth and personal income growth.

To maximize your success in this sales role, you will need to:
  • Maintain a high level of sales activities to secure new accounts.
  • Create daily sales plans identifying prospects.
  • Maximizing territory performance by effective territory management.
  • Develop and execute targeted account plans.
  • Build client relationships for expansion and retention.
  • Maintain strong relations with the internal Express support team to secure and retain clients.

Job Requirements


Job Qualifications of Sales/Business Development include:
  • BS or BA in Business, Communications, or related field preferred. Will consider applicants with comparable experience.
  • Experience in an outside sales position with a disciplined record of performance and success.
  • The ability to identify and reach decision makers through cold calls, research, and networking.
  • Self-starter with the ability to work both independently, but also with a team.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and technical skills.
