As the Retirement Services Manager you will...

  • Develop and implement strategies, technologies, standards, procedures and measurements as it pertains to overall efficiencies.
  • Be responsible for ensuring that the transferred plans serviced by the company are being run effectively to meet legal and industry standards.

Target skills to be successful in this role…

  • 5+ years management experience.
  • 5+ operations experience in Retirement Benefits, Annuities and Life.
  • 3+ years experience implementing pension transfer deals.
  • Demonstrate and promote a commitment to customer service excellence.
  • Accounting experience ideal.
  • Strong understanding of pensions, annuities and life insurance products.
