Pay and Schedule: The pay range we’re offering $16.00-$18.00 per hour to start operating Monday- Friday 8:00 am -5:00 pm
Responsibilities:
· Answer incoming customer calls regarding billing issues, product problems, service questions, and general client questions
· Responsible for maintaining a high level of professionalism with clients and working to establish a positive rapport with every caller
· Update customer information in the customer service database during and after each call
Requirements:
· High School Diploma or Equivalent
· Experience in an administrative customer service role
· Excellent communication skills with a strong work ethic
· Strong computer skills using Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel
