This growing Neenah company is seeking a Direct Hire Customer Service and Scheduling Assistant. They have 12 employees and have a friendly, casual environment.
This Customer Service and Scheduling Assistant duties:
- You will be responsible for updating client addresses, contact information and billing details.
- Other duties entail answering phones and assisting with scheduling and dispatching of technicians.
- You will also confirm appointments, send follow up emails on service satisfaction, send in warranty paperwork and other office duties as needed.
- This position involves a lot of people contact and customer service via phone.
Pay for Customer Service and Scheduling: $16.00-17.50/hour (depending on experience)
Hours: Approximately 8:00-5pm, M-F. Excellent benefits offered once hired on.
