As a leader in the sales team, the Manager of Sales and Trade planning is responsible for designing and implementing the sales strategy across all product lines (Juice, Fresh and Arils) for POM Wonderful North America. This role includes designing strategies to maximize price / volume, managing trade spend, engaging with the sales team to ensure they have the information to be successful, tracking all sales KPIs and working in close collaboration with senior business leaders to ensure that sales goals are met. The role leads a team of two sales analysts and will require occasion travel to attend customer meetings and to visit the plant. This position provides an opportunity for a strong sales / trade planning manager to join an exciting and fast-paced sales team to help the company achieve its goals.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
Bachelor's degree in business management, economics, accounting, marketing or related area with 5+ years of sales or sales planning experience.
