Responsibilities for a Account Manager/ Team Lead:
- Make comparisons with rival services and solve our customer's problems
- Work with our marketing managers on perfecting the pitch for the services
- Report on the sale of the services for retention purposes
- Give ideas regarding offers to boost sales
