IMMEDIATE job opportunity for a driven individual who has a proven track record of performance and desire to work for a well-established organization. We are looking for an experienced Warehouse Supervisor for leading provider of competitive LCD gaming, entertainment, photography, and business monitors located in Chino, CA.

Duties & Responsibilities:
Ensures outbound shipments are shipped accurately and completely. This includes
accurately picking products, performing quality control checks, packing products, and
preparing orders for shipment.
Prepare replacement units and arrange shipping to meet RMA orders requirements.
Identify, count and store the received materials to assigned locations.
Lead the physical inventory and cycle counting process.
Ensures work areas and equipment are maintained, clean and safe while meeting OSHA standards.
Develop and demonstrate effective leadership skills and oversee day-to-day operations of the warehouse, including: freight, returns, receiving, parcels and transfers.
Maintain open and constant communication with the carriers to facilitate
inbound/outbound flow of product.
Coordinates the activities of the Warehouse personnel and provides the necessary support.
Completes warehouse operational requirements by scheduling and assigning staffs and following up on work results.
Operates forklift truck when necessary
Performs other related duties as required

Required Experience, Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
2+ years of experience in Warehouse, Inventory management, Logistics or a related position.
1+ years Supervising Experience Preferred
Experience leading a high performing team
Excellent time management, analytical and organizational skills; strong attention to detail
Relationship builder with effective oral and written communication
Strong team player who collaborated well with others to solve problems, flexible and adaptable
Proficient business software skills (MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Ability to frequently lift, push, and slide packages that typically weigh up to 30 lbs.

Education:
Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, logistics, inventory management, business or related field.

Compensation Logistics Associate: $58 - $68 K. DOE

  • Meet warehouse operational standards by following warehouse white paper processes
  • Assign duties to warehouse personnel
