Job Description

IT Recruiter:

Job Responsibilities
Interact with potential sales candidates on social media and professional networks (e.g. LinkedIn)
Telephone screen candidates & arrange Interviews
Partner closely with Recruiters & Hiring Managers to determine position requirements
Develop talent pipelines for current & future hiring needs
Identify qualified candidate profiles using various sourcing techniques (e.g. Boolean search)
Communicate with past applicants regarding new job opportunities
Maintain our Applicant Tracking System (Maxhire)
Craft and send recruiting emails
Promote our employer brand online and offline
Ask for referrals from current employees and external networks
Measure conversion rates, including numbers of passive candidates who turn into applicants, get invited to interviews, get offers and get hired Requirements
Proven work experience as a Talent Sourcer or similar role with experience in recruiting or sourcing Sales candidates
Hands-on experience with sourcing techniques (e.g. recruiting on social platforms and crafting Boolean search strings)
Familiarity with HR databases, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATSs) and Candidate Management Systems (CMSs)
Strong attention to detail & process orientated
Solid verbal and written communication skills
Ability to positively present our company and open roles to potential candidates
Strong organizational and time management skills and the ability to multi-task and adjust priorities accordingly.
Knowledge of visa categories in the US, including experience hiring H-1 Visa candidates is desired
Stays informed of trends and innovative recruiting techniques in order to be competitive
Identify, attract and hire high quality candidates through the development and implementation of innovative recruitment sourcing programs and strategies
Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to deliver a compelling vision an opportunity to prospective candidates
Collaborative, customer focused, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced results oriented environment
Use your expertise in innovative recruiting techniques to actively and creatively network and evaluate top sales talent
Expertise in Boolean searches, innovative sourcing tools and social networking sites along with more traditional techniques will be used. This includes cold calling, screening and qualifying prospective candidates, manage interview and offer processes, conduct reference checks, make salary recommendations, and close candidates within a timely manner

Job Requirements

Basic Qualifications:
At least 5 years of full life cycle IT Recruiting experience
At least 3 years of Recruiting experience in an IT staffing related environment
At least 1 year of experience Recruiting for cutting edge technology skill sets, such as: Workday, ServiceNow, Data Scientists
