Customer Service Specialist

Performs clerical work/support.  Tasks may include copying, transcribing, answering phone calls, assembling documents or reports, filing, scheduling meetings/conferences or making calendar arrangements.

KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

·         High School Diploma or equivalent

·         Strong customer service skills

·         Experience with federal government agency preferred

·         At least 2 years previous experience performing customer service/clerical duties

·         Microsoft Office skills required, including Excel

·         Effective communication skills, written and verbal

·         Ability to work effectively and efficiently in a team environment

·         Ability to readily adapt to changing requirements

·         Ability to manage individual workflow effectively and improve processes when necessary

·         Positive attitude focused on customer satisfaction

·         Strong attention to detail
