Part Time Office Assistant needed 9am-2pm, Monday-Friday.
Job Responsibilities:
●Answer phones
●Provide excellent customer service
●Answer questions and provide information
●Greet visitors and distribute paperwork
●Perform Data Entry
●Review and process documents
●Make phone calls to obtain information
●Organize and maintain filing system
●Make copies and assemble packets
●Assist with projects

●Proven experience in a professional office setting
●Excellent customer service skills
●Ability to interact with clients using tact and diplomacy
●Strong skills in MS Office
●Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload
●High level verbal and written communications skills
