IT Technical Support (Level 2) - New Berlin, WI - 6-12 Month Contract $20-24/hr W2
- Level 2 Site Support Administrator
- Provide on Premise Level 2 technical support at designated location and over lapping remote support for other designated locations
- Perform fulfillment of documented standard to undocumented complex Requests
- Perform resolution of documented standard to undocumented complex Incidents
- Receive and react to escalations from Service Desk based on documented processes and undocumented situations
- Monitor ticket queues and follow up with end users and other resolver teams until tickets closed
- Provide good customer service, professional oral and written communication skills
- Respond to direct interaction with end users via “walk up" or email when required
- Primary Expertise: Customer Service, Standard to Complex Infrastructure & Application Support
