REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering required, Chemical Engineering preferred.
5-7 years of experience in Manufacturing and Engineering required; chemical industry preferred.
Process Safety Management experience (PHA’s, MOC, etc.) preferred.
Certifications in Six Sigma (Green Belt, Lean, etc.), preferred.
Demonstrated ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills required.
Root Cause Analysis experience.

PROCESS IMPROVEMENT ENGINEER
SUMMARY: The Process Improvement Engineer serves as a vital resource for Operations by applying technical and organizational skills to drive the global standardization of specialized processes across multiple plants. This role is responsible for driving continuous improvement programs targeted at delivering maximum value from the assets, while improving process safety, sustainability and production efficiency. This role will work closely with multiple individuals and teams to improve energy efficiency, production process conversion cost, process unit capacity, quality and new product introduction, and plays a significant role in optimizing the manufacturing footprint.
