IDR is seeking experienced Customer Service/Call Center Representatives to join our client's team in Aurora. This a Fortune 200 healthcare organization with training, benefits, and long-term career growth and opportunities. Your day-to-day will include answering incoming calls from insurance members and scheduling them with doctor's appointments, as well as answering basic coverage questions.
Title: Customer Service Representative – Advice & Appointment Center
Location: Southeast Aurora
Length: 12-month contract, able to extend or convert to permanent
Start Date: August 12th
Pay: $17.00 per hour
Tentative Shifts: Mon-Fri 8:00am-4:45pm, OR 9:15am-6:00pm, with possibility of one weekend shift. 40 hours per week.
Answering calls from patients to help direct them to medical professionals
Assist in scheduling routine and urgent medical appointments for callers
Transfer calls to the appropriate party
Provide accurate information and excellent customer service to all callers
Explain basics of benefits and coverage
Asses caller situation and advice on patient next steps
Perform other basic medical receptionist duties within a call center environment
3 weeks of paid classroom-style training provided
Casual dress code
1+ years of call center experience
Previous healthcare industry experience
Reliable and on-time for each shift
Ability to handle customer requests with courtesy and professionalism
Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude
Bilingual a plus!
