Part time - 30 hours per week
We’ve partnered with a local organization with ties to the Ag industry to assist them in identifying an Office Administrator for their Turlock office. The Office Administrator will be responsible for the following:
- Answering phones and providing customer service
- Accounts Receivable: creating invoices, billing, posting payments, collections
- Scheduling/Calendar management
- Preparing travel arrangements for field employees
- Support the team when they are out in the field
- Other duties as assigned
This is a small office, so it is crucial that the Office Administrator is punctual, reliable, and can assist the team when they are out in the field.
- Strong customer service skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office products
- Ability to work a part-time schedule of 30 hours per week
