Senior Microsoft Dynamics AX Developer

Leggett & Platt, Incorporated is looking for a smart and driven individual to join our growing Corporate Information Technology (IT) department as a Senior Microsoft Dynamics AX Developer.  This position offers workplace flexibility, with the opportunity to work from home or at one of our locations around the world.  Within this role you will work with business leads and analysts to develop modifications to the Microsoft Dynamics Finance and Operations application (AX2012 and D365FO).

Essential responsibilities of a Senior Dynamics AX Developer:


  • Analyze and develop modifications within Microsoft Dynamics Finance and Operations application

  • Analyze and develop interfaces designed to integrate with Dynamics application

  • Analyze and develop custom SSRS and PowerBI reports for Dynamics application

  • Creation and implementation of RSAT test plans

  • Creation and consumption of SOAP & REST web services

  • Provide end-user support

  • Participate in all aspects of the software development life cycle



A few things you’ll need:


  • Strong knowledge of X++ programming language

  • Minimum 3-5 years’ experience with C# and .NET

  • Minimum 3-5 years’ experience with Microsoft SQL Server

  • Bachelor degree in Computer Information Systems or related experience

  • Experience in C#, Java, or other object-oriented language

  • Ability to work independently

  • Ability to travel up to 50%, including international
