Wright Risk Management Company, LLC is seeking a dynamic professional to join our team in Garden City, NY. In this role, the selected candidate will be responsible for supporting the Risk Management staff by handling all clerical duties and reporting responsibilities, as needed.

Essential Duties:

  • Generate Risk reports and maintain Image right system Risk Workflow.
  • Maintain all Risk Control document files.
  • Process Risk correspondence to staff.
  • Manage Risk Control Specialist work schedules.
  • Handle Client calls as well as Risk Control Specialist calls.
  • Provide assistance to Office based team as well as remote team.
  • Arrange meetings on and offsite seminars and conferences.
  • Manage travel for Risk team.
  • Manage and maintains the RCT system which is used to manage the risk specialist work.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
  • High School Diploma.
  • Proficient with MS Office Suite.
  • Exceptional telephone demeanor.
  • Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality.
  • 1 – 3 years’ experience in a similar position.
  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in a business or financial related discipline preferred.
