PrideStaff Ontario Territory is looking for a talented individual with a proven track record of consistent success in customer service, sales, recruiting and working one-on-one with individuals.  We need a person who has consistently demonstrated the ability to:

·         Deliver exceptional customer service

·         Increase client base through inside sales activities

·         Expand service lines with current clients

·         Consistently exceed key performance goals

·         Follow a proven recipe for success

·         Effectively communicate with a wide range of people

·         Work in a fast paced, goal oriented team environment    

This position will report directly into the Owner of PrideStaff Ontario Territory. 


·         Work with local businesses and their executives to develop relationships and customized strategies

·         Develop and grow client base through the sales of temporary, temporary to hire and or full time staffing solutions

·         Proactively market top candidates to businesses within the market / territory 

·         Call prospects to set appointments for the outside sales team

·         Work with current clients to promote additional services

·         Consistently provide client experiences focused on what the client values most

·         Recruit top level administrative and light industrial staffing candidates

·         Interview to identify the best work opportunities for staffing candidates

·         Provide consistent contact with candidates while offering professional and value-added career guidance

·         Interview and administer evaluations to assess experience and skill level of candidates

·         Select the right candidate to fulfill client job orders

·         Maintain ongoing contact with clients and candidates to ensure both receive exceptional customer service

·         Manage the complete recruiting, interviewing hiring, placement and administrative process

Job Requirement:

The ideal candidate For the Staffing Consultant Position has the following skills and characteristics:

·         At least two years proven experience in a professional environment

·         Ability to resolve customer service issues quickly and efficiently

·         Maintain the highest level of customer satisfaction

·         Excellent customer service and communication skills

·         Comfortable with inside sales prospect cold calling

·         Ability to influence and consult with others

·         Ability to establish and maintain relationships

·         Ability to handle multiple tasks effectively

·         Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel

·         College degree preferred

·         Bilingual preferred. (English/Spanish)
