MCM Staffing, LLC is looking for a temp to hire Production Associate at a Motor vehicle bottling facility in the Brighton Area! This is a night shift opportunity. 

As a Production Associate your job responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Place bottles on a line, and then removing them once they are filled, and putting them in boxes.
  • The company normally bottles motor vehicle fluids (brake, oil, transmission etc), currently they are bottling hand sanitizer.
  • Lift 25-40 lbs, able to stand, bend and twist.


- Shift is Monday - Thursday 8:30pm-7:00am

- Pay Rate $12.75/hr

  • Assist Prep department and production
  • Support all cleanroom production related activities
  • Insuring daily production goals and verifying quality
  • Sanitize aseptic/controlled production areas to ensure microbial contamination
  • Prepare items on production sheets following established quantities and recipes
  • Perform additional production support tasks as assigned including cross-training
  • Complete and follows daily production worksheets and waste log sheets
  • Support production needs -Take initiative to improve facility
  • Obtain daily production schedule and preparation requirements from the Chef
  • Perform basic 5S duties in production area as directed by card production management and/or approved operations procedures / practices
  • Support a variety of production and warehouse functions to include order fulfillment, shipping and receiving
  • Performing a wide variety of general warehouse / production duties
  • Completing production reports and paperwork associated with product received and product
  • Perform various production and warehouse tasks
  • Tested, meter reading, and dates and time of product production
  • Provide technical direction and coordinate activities of production workers and assist supervisor
  • Perform visual equipment cleaning inspections
  • Supervise and direct production associates in accordance with warehouse and customer policies
  • Perform tasks associated with the regular monitoring of production IT systems
  • Produce pallet labels and move material from production rooms to the designated areas
