  • Full life cycle recruiting experience including demonstrated expertise in advanced internet searching, candidate research, and cold calling
  • Experience filling positions nationwide, specifically being successful in areas located far outside metropolitan centers
  • Ability to build credibility with hiring managers and key executives through successful recruitment delivery

Professional Experience

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience
  • At least two (2) years of recruiting experience in the retail merchandising industry preferred

Language Ability Requirements

Ability to effectively communicate information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, and customers. Excellent communication skills and professional phone manner. Must demonstrate the ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.


Math Ability Requirements

Basic math skills for addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.


Reasoning Ability Requirements

Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills to consistently provide the ability to react appropriately under pressure, define problems, draw valid conclusions, and provide reasonable solutions. Ability to apply sound judgement in ambiguous situations with demonstrated flexibility and adaptability.


Computer Skill Requirements

To perform this job successfully, an individual should be proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.

Summary

The Recruiting Supervisor will regularly evaluate existing programs and assess them to determine strengths, as well as actively consider areas for improvement. They will partner with management to develop a comprehensive recruiting strategy that supports Driveline’s operational objectives. The Recruiting Supervisor will be responsible for implementation of the processes, and programs that enable our operations team to exceed our customer’s expectations.

Major Areas of Responsibility

  • Manage and mentor a team of up to 15 recruiters by setting a positive example of professionalism
  • Partner with remote hiring managers to develop staffing strategies to fill current openings and accommodate for future growth throughout the United States
  • Work with the Sourcing Team to create effective strategies for attracting qualified applicants for open positions
  • Evaluate and select new recruiters as needed
  • Continually evaluate internal recruiting processes, templates, and measurements for the recruitment staff
  • Manage the tracking and reporting structure for all personnel coming through the new hire process and provide daily reporting as needed
  • Personally lead recruiting efforts in areas identified as priorities by management
