• Previous experience managing change and uncertainty with an organization, while showing the ability to anticipate and respond to future changes and opportunities

Requirements


• Bachelor's Degree required, MBA or MSA preferred 
• Minimum 10 years of relevant Human Resources experience, with a minimum of 7 years in Compensation & Benefits
• Proven ability to gauge effectiveness of the organization's compensation and benefits programs and translate data into solutions to continually improve programs and practices
• Demonstrated experience in compensation plan design and implementation
• In depth functional knowledge of contemporary and best HR practices and processes in the area of performance and reward management
• A creative approach to problem solving, with a humble, team oriented and optimistic attitude
• Ability to think strategically and objectively. Effectively translates data into actionable insights, strategies and financial plans
• Leadership skills balanced with a willingness to play a 'hands-on' role with key projects
• Ability to effectively translate complex information into clear and effective messages
• Communicates clearly and effectively with associates at all levels
• Strong verbal and written presentation skills including the ability to communicate complex ideas in a simple way and to tailor key messages and presentation style to multiple audiences

We’re currently seeking a Sr. Manager of Total Rewards to join our team!


The Sr. Manager of Total Rewards is responsible for implementing a Total Rewards, Performance & Productivity Framework and a Compensation Philosophy, incorporating best industry practices to support the ITS ConGlobal organization. She/He will lead the Total Rewards Center of Excellence (COE) and will partner with Field and Corporate HR leaders and business leaders to implement and drive standard processes and procedures around annual compensation and benefit planning. This includes the development of incentive schemes and innovative recognition programs, as well as developing a job evaluation system and an enhanced performance management process. She/He will also oversee and supervise the Benefit Administration process. The Sr. Manager will supervise 3 other C&B professionals within the function.


Sr. Manager of Total Rewards


• Develops innovative, cost effective reward and incentive programs, which are relevant to the business needs and complexities of ITS ConGlobal, ensuring alignment and competitiveness
• Drives the salary review process, compensation and benefits benchmarking, assigning salary budgets/ pay ranges and managing rewards execution
• Implements a new performance management system, establishing processes and practices of setting, measuring and reviewing objectives and goals at the Organization, Terminal, and individual level
• Supervises and oversees the design, implementation, and administration of the company's health/welfare and 401(k) benefit programs

• Ensures that the company is in compliance with all compensation and benefits laws and regulations
• Develops and implements innovative recognition programs to enhance motivation and productivity of employees, customizing for Exempt/Non-Exempt and Hourly employees
• Responsible for the Job Evaluation framework / grading
• Manages and negotiates with brokers and third-party solution providers
• Collaborates with HR Business Partners and Business leaders to understand their issues related to compensation and benefits 
• Provides education and counsel to HR Business Partners, Line Managers, and Talent Acquisition regarding compensation issues, evaluating new positions, job bands, and grade levels
• Develops and sustains total rewards communication initiatives
• Reinforces a performance culture with differentiated rewards 
• Supports M & A activities as they relate to benefits and compensation
• Understands the complexity and uniqueness of business, embrace cultural and individual differences with empathy
• Establishes a continuous performance and quality improvement effort with the help of a robust monitoring and reporting system

• Report the status of performance improvement efforts and impacts
