
PRODUCT SUPPORT REPRESENTATIVE
SALARY: $40-$50K/YEAR
LOCATION: DUBUQUE, IA
DIRECT HIRE: FULL TIME, 1ST SHIFT
RESPONSIBILITIES:
● Providing technical support to customers using web application
● Expected to handle requests, research, analysis, troubleshooting and customer communication to provide resolution to customer inquiries
● Extensive interfacing with customers, such as, insurance organizations, hospitals, and providers for product usage or technical solutions
● Make good judgment decisions based on defined practices and policies to solve issues
QUALIFICATIONS:
Must Have-
● Exceptional customer service skills
● Ability to multi task
● Proficient with MS Office
● Exceptional listening skills
● Bachelor Degree
Bonus Skills-
● Understanding of HIPPA compliance regulations
● Detailed knowledge of software support for customer application
● Healthcare or IT industry experience
