Junior Customer Service Representative
Junior Customer Service Representative (Day Shift)
Lewis James Professional is a woman-owned staff augmentation, project consulting and direct hire search and placement firm. We are currently seeking a Junior Customer Service Representative for a contract opportunity with a financial services client.
Responsibilities:
- Manage large amounts of inbound calls in timely manner
- Document details of client interaction into the database
- Partner with the internal business area and Internal Service Center teams for technical matters and client issue resolution
- Escalate concerns using appropriate methods as needed
- Follow security processes and procedures at all times when handling calls due to the visibility of personal data
- Communicate call and/or special project status to supervisor
- Deliver excellent customer service and strive to exceed customer expectations
Qualifications:
- High School diploma or GED.
- Bilingual, preferred
- 6 month minimum experience inbound call center.
- Ability to organize work duties and perform job functions independently preferred
