What You'll Do:
As the Outside Sales Representative, you will be the voice and face of our company as we continue to trailblaze the telecommunication market and advance our footprint regionally and nationally. You will complete a 2-4 week intensive training program mastering the sales pitch, presentation, product knowledge, and compliance policies. Upon completing the training and mastering the entry-level sales, you will have access to other avenues - including more clients to work with and the opportunity to train and develop fellow employees.
Primary job responsibilities include:
Delivery of interactive sales presentations on industry-leading telecommunications technology
Daily and weekly participation in ongoing customer acquisition, sales, and compliance training
Maintain detailed reports of sales activities including the number of customers reached, presentations completed, orders processed, and any customer relationship issues
Commitment to constant personal and professional development
Salary and Benefits:
Average first-year income range: $48,000-$60,000 (Performance-based pay structure upon passing training requirements)
