We are seeking a Human Resources Manager to join our corporate team!

 

Responsibilities Include:

  • Manage and oversee new employee on-boarding process including employment forms, background checks, employee benefits.
  • Maintain Employee Handbook and recommend changes.
  • Manage employee time and attendance records, personal days, professional development, etc.
  • Supervises/manages all locations with employee relations functions.
  • Manages all employee questions including those regarding benefits, personnel policies and procedures, FMLA, personal issues, attendance, etc.
  • Oversees execution of performance feedback and implements action plans.
  • Develops and implements HR-related policies and procedures at all company locations.
  • Oversees Workers Compensation cases and ensure effective case management.
  • Works with school Directors and leaders on handling employees issues.
  • Works with senior management team on development of job descriptions and proper salary grades and pay ranges for salaried positions.
  • Identify staff vacancies and participate in the advertising, vetting, and interviewing of select applicants for both hourly and salaried positions.
