BOOM Media Global Inc. is an event-based sales and marketing company that has recently opened its doors in West Palm Beach. We are looking for top candidates, with the ability to have fun at work to join our Customer Service team. We are building our client relationship and branding deals, we are growing tremendously and we strive to enhance the customer experience across our network. We are looking for an experienced Customer Service representative to take part in our front facing office.

No experience? NO PROBLEM! Due to high demand, we are offering hands-on training to all our new employees!

Availability: Both Full Time and Part Time work available

Location: West Palm Beach

Team Member - Retail Associate - Marketing Duties and Responsibilities 

• Maintaining clients relationships

• Customer assistance and acquisitions

• Displaying exceptional knowledge of products and services offered

• Performs various administrative functions as assigned, and work in a very fast-paced environment,

• Follow all company policies and procedures,

• Report to the marketing manager,

• Train and manager new team members,

• Record keeping, data processing on tablets

• Contribute to the growth of the company,

• Run workshops and morning meetings.

Team Member - Retail Associate - Marketing Qualifications and Skills

• Strong customer service skills.

• Geographical knowledge of the area is a plus,

• Must be computer proficient - data entry, emailing, internet researching, spreadsheet knowledge.

• Problem-Solving Capabilities. • Excellent (verbal and written) communication skills.

• Positive attitude and enthusiasm.

• Team player with good organizational and interpersonal skills.

• Able to multitask.

• Must come to work presentable and well groomed
