Senior Financial Analyst
Job Description
My client is a 2B privately-held, multi-national organization that is seeking a Financial Analyst. Currently my client is experiencing tremendous growth and is expanding their accounting operations. This role offers high-visibility and a clear track to Senior Management
Duties & Qualifications:
- Analyzes data and statistics to identify trends and variances.
- Communicates information clearly and concisely to internal and external groups.
- Participates as requested on teams, committees, and special projects both internal and external to the organization.
- Performs simple reconciliations on a prescribed periodic basis; identifies and clears all reconciling items the following the period.
- Prepares accurate financial and/or statistical reports for internal and external use by governmental agencies, financial institutions, or third-party agencies.
- Prepares and records month-end transactions in accordance with prescribed procedures.
- Renders assistance to department directors and managers in preparing and reviewing data and systems.
- Supports senior management and performs other assignments as requested.

Job Requirements:
- BA/BS degree in Accounting, Finance or Business Administration required.
- 4+ years of accounting or financial analysis experience required.
- CPA or CPA track preferred
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills with Pivot tables and V-Look Ups required.
- Current proficiency in QuickBooks software preferred.
- Professional communication skills and the ability to maintain good working relations with clients, managers and team members.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Must be self-motivated with the ability to exercise good judgment and discretion.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a positive attitude and demeanor under tight deadlines.
