Customer Service Representative

This individual will be responsible for acting as a liaison between our company and our customers. You will assist with orders, quotes, account questions, billing, cancellations, and other customer queries.

Responsibilities:

  • Generate internal quotation packages for submittal to manufacturing and sales departments for product pricing and lead time.
  • Work directly with customers to provide quotations, process orders and send order acknowledgements.
  • Enter order information and maintain customer database in Microsoft Great Plains ERP System.
  • Obtain customer information required for order placement, refunds or exchanges.
  • Field customer inquiries and forward to appropriate department.
  • Assist Sales Manager with quoting and sampling activity.
  • Manage internal quote database.
  • Follow up with customers for order placement.
