Position open in Newark , NY. (2 Positions)
Responsible for the development of a comprehensive evaluation, phone screens, development and implementation of individual client service plans, ensuring that plans are initiated; provide follow-up and modification as necessary. Assure that record keeping is in compliance with agency and OASAS regulations and policy & procedures.
Must be available day and evenings hours.

Our services in clude outpatient, residential, crisis center, vocational, housing and youth services. Valid NYS Drivers' License.
Excellent benefits package for Full and Part Time.
Bachelors Degree in Human Services Field, addictions experience and CASAC or QHP required for position.
English / Spanish a plus.
