We are seeking an HR Generalist with a well rounded background and experience with Organizational development. Please be a college graduate with a minimum of  five years of Human Resources experience.  We are looking for a strategic thinker who can help build,  manage and steam line processes  and projects. BA or Master’s degree in Human Resources helpful  but not necessary. Outgoing personality and the ability to work in a fast paced, entrepreneurial environment.  Please have experience in the following:

  • Retention

  • Town Hall and Meetings
  • Onboarding (Integra U)
