We have an immediate opening for a district manager with Wendy's Management Experience. This position requires strong leadership skills to support restaurant management system, Human Resources and Training. The District Manager will report directly to company officers.
Wendy's Management experience is essential. Your role will support our efforts to fully prepared managers to lead the operations of a Wendy’s restaurant. Wendy’s is successful because it excels in the basic of the restaurant business -- quality, service, cleanliness, courtesy and value. Our company is large enough to have the resources needed for great benefits, compensation, and new unit growth. Yet we are still small enough to be entrepreneurial and efficient.
This position will support our commitment to the professional training and development of our managers. Our compensation programs are designed to reward performance, and our benefits package is generous. We offer quarterly bonus incentive program; medical, dental, and life insurance; paid vacations; 401(k) program with 50% company match up to 5% of your annual salary; sick leave and holiday pay.
