The Administrative Assistant performs customer service, clerical and administrative tasks as required. This person monitors the activities and needs of the Account Representatives, processes paperwork, verifies appointments, completes reports and assists with the team’s day to day needs in order to promote consistency and efficiency. This is a highly demanding position, and the Support Professional must have the skills and experience to provide reliable administrative support, including problem-solving, prioritizing, organizing and responding quickly to changing requirements.
This person must have strong administrative and organizational skills, exceptional interpersonal skills, strong problem solving skills, and excellent computer and Microsoft Office skills.
