Property Accountant

What the Property Accountant will do?
- Reviewing and posting of A/P invoices
- Month-end close of each entity general ledger, financial statement preparation, support schedules for each balance sheet account
- Bank reconciliations and preparing and posting journal entries
- Compare and explain monthly variances to the budget as well as trending analysis
What the company needs in a Property Accountant:
- Excellent work ethic, ability to multi-task, detail-oriented
- Experience in Property Accounting, Residential a plus
- Strong Excel skills with full understanding of accounting concepts
- Yardi software experience HIGHLY preferred
