These positions are only for those who can work onsite in our offices located at Frisco, TX; Austin, TX and Chantilly, VA


Need to have work authorization valid.

Bench Sales Recruiters and Managers:




Must Have Strong Us Vendor Relations.


Must Have Solid Interview Coordination Experience.


Experience With Full-Cycle Contract C2C


Sales: Getting Requirements From Job Portals, Cold Calling, Identifying The Best Consultants, Extensive Resume Review Before Submission, Confirming The Best Rates For Consultants, Following Up For Interview Schedules Closing The Best Deals.


Ability To Meet The Targets On A Regular Basis




Account Managers:




Successful candidates will have opportunities managing existing clients and doing new business development in various business verticals




Business Development Executives and Managers:




Business Development for expanding our IT Professional Services footprint in the USmarket

Perform consultative sales process with senior client management.


Conduct presentations, lead negotiations, coordinate sales decision-making process and overcome objections to closure.


Meet and/or exceed weekly, monthly and quarterly sales goals.
