  • Provide administrative assistance to corporate attorneys
  • Act as a key point of contact for clients and other business colleagues
  • Assist with the management of client relationships and business development initiatives
  • Perform administrative duties such as answering phones, travel arrangements, processing reimbursement expenses, calendaring, filing, updating contact list and document production

 

  • Must have a Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 2-3 years in a professional administrative position
  • High proficiency utilizing Microsoft Office Suite applications such as Word, Excel and Outlook
  • The ideal candidate must be extremely organized, detail-oriented, able to prioritize their workload and work well under pressure
